Our Original Home is Dallas County, Texas by way of Erie County, New York. It is this ability to connect from across the United States that conceived our desire to bring together the right people, at the right times, with the right ideas. The result of this fertile network is what is now known as the Jemerson Group.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Robert L. Jemerson Jr. has lived in over 16 states, and 2 countries. Mr. Jemerson received his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Union University, Richmond, Virginia in 2000. Upon graduation, he began his legal training at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2000 where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2003.

Mr. Jemerson started practicing law for the premier Governmental Collection Law Firm in the United States, where he became the Lead Attorney for Litigation in the Dallas Office’s Land Bank Department.Mr. Jemerson is a Certified Contract Advisor for the National Football League Player's Association as well as the Canadian Football League Player's Association and a member of the Dallas Bar Association (Sports & Entertainment Section); the State Bar of Texas (Litigation Section, Appellate Section and Tax Section). In addition to his practice in State Court, Mr. Jemerson is admitted to practice before the United States Northern District of Texas.
